National School Counseling Appreciation Week 2021
National School Counseling Week 2021 (#NSCW21), "School Counselors: All In for All Students," is Feb. 1-5, 2021, to focus public attention on the unique contribution of school counselors within U.S. school systems. National School Counseling Week, sponsored by the American School Counselor Association (ASCA), highlights the tremendous impact school counselors can have in helping students achieve school success and plan for a career. National School Counseling Week is always celebrated the first full week in February. www.schoolcounselor.org.
This week we take the time to celebrate and show appreciation to our amazing school counselors! School counselors throughout the district set out each year to develop students in the area of academics, college and career and social emotional development. Through their school counseling programs they have been able to provide uninterrupted support to students and families despite the many challenges we all have faced.
This week and every week, we celebrate the amazing work of school counselors!
Please take a few minutes to watch the video below as we show our appreciation to all of the counselors who have greatly impacted the lives of our students.
