Four community meetings canceled for March 2020
Four Fulton County School Board members have canceled their March community meetings. The decision was made in an effort to limit face-to-face meetings while the school system manages information and plans related to COVID-19/coronavirus.
The community meetings for Board President Julia Bernath (District 7) and member Gail Dean (District 3) were planned for tomorrow, while Vice President Linda Bryant (District 4) and member Kimberly Dove (District 6) had their meetings scheduled for Bear Creek and Woodland middle schools.
Both schools are currently closed for cleaning and disinfecting. A decision will be made next week about the remaining board members’ March community meetings.
Community members are encouraged to virtually keep the lines of communication open with their board members through the information on this website.
