Pre-K Registration

Pre-K Registration Directions:

    When you are done:

    Email at stinsona@fultonschools.org with the application number.

     

    The documents that must be provided to complete enrollment are

    1. Birth Certificate
    2. Immunizations (GA 3231)
    3. Vision, Hearing, Dental, & Nutrition Screening (GA 3300)
    4. 2 Proofs of Residency
      1. 1 MUST be a current water or electric bill (Gas bills are NOT accepted)
      2. The 2nd proof can be any of the following documents:
        • Home Mortgage Payment
        • Lease/Renters Agreement
        • Current Bank Statement
        • Section 8/HUD Housing Contract
        • Home Contract
        • Homeowner’s/Renter’s Insurance Card
        • Current Paycheck Stub
        • State Driver’s License/ID with Current Address
        • Current HOA Bill/Statement

Grades K-5 Student Registration
