  • EARLY CHECK OUT PROCEDURES

*Check-out must be prior to 3:40pm*

When you need to check your child out early, you have two options to inform the school:

    OPTION 1:

Send an email to 701attendance@fultonschools.org with the following information:  Student Name, Student FCS ID Number (lunch number), Parent/Guardian Name of person picking up your child, Parent/Guardian Email & Phone Number, Time and Reason for Early Check out

    OR

    OPTION 2:

Send in a handwritten note, with your child, containing the same information as in Option 1. Instruct your child to bring the note to the Front Office.

When picking up: On the day you come to school to pick up your child, please buzz the front office. Inform the staff of the reason you are at school. Please be prepared to show your ID in the office, prior to checking out your child.

If you show up to school, wanting to pick up your child without sending a handwritten note or email, you will be asked to complete a form for dismissal.
