  • Complete the following workout on your own. The workout should last 35-45 minutes. When completed, type"I
    got stronger today!" as a comment and submit to get full credit.

    Warm Up (3 sets):
    - 10 Jumping Jacks
    - 10 Tuck Jumps
    - 2 minute jog

    Workout (5 sets):
    - Push Ups x 10
    - Air Squats x 10
    - Plank Hold x 30 sec
    - Forward Lunge x 5 each leg
    - Tricep Dips (Use a chair, stair step, etc) x 10
    - Step Ups (Use a chair, stair step, etc) x 5 each leg
    - Toe Touches (Abs) x 10
    - Lateral Shoulder Raises (Use whatever weighted objects you can find) x 10
    - Lateral Lunge x 5 each way
    - Ab Twisters x 10 each side
