Occupation: Assistant Principal
Bio: Ms. Phairr received her bachelor's degree in Political Science and a master's degree in Public Administration from Valdosta State University. She also holds an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. She brings 17 years of experience to Roswell High School of which the first 11 years of her career were as a Social Studies teacher in Clayton, Cobb and Fulton counties. She began working in Fulton County in 2010 where she served as the Small Learning Communities Coordinator and the Coordinator for Advanced Learning at Westlake High School. For the past six years, she has worked at Cambridge High School. Ms. Phairr has done extensive work with the College Board since 2009 having served as a reader for AP World and U.S. Histories, with the AP Mentor Program, and as a workshop consultant. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership at Trevecca Nazarene University.
