Pre-Arranged Absences
Do you need to request for your child to be a remote participant? Similarly to previous years' "Pre-Arranged Absence Form", the following form can be used to request remote participation for your child for up to five days. The form mut be submitted at least 72 hours before the remote participation can begin.
