New Sign OUT Procedure Face-to-Face for Parents/Guardians
When you have a scheduled appointment for your child, send an email to 701SignOut@fultonschools.org with the following information:
- the name of your child
- the date, time and reason for pick up
- the name of parent/guardian who will be picking up your child
On the day you come to school to pick up your child, please buzz the front office. Inform the staff the reason you are at school. Please hold up driver’s license to the camera so that the staff can verify your identity. Once your identity is confirmed, staff will call into the classroom to have your child dismissed. Your child will meet you outside the front entrance. If you show up to the school wanting to pick up your child without sending an email to 701SignOut@fultonschools.org, you will be asked to send an email while standing outside the building. After the email is received and your identification verified, staff will call your child for dismissal.

PTO Membership Drive
The middle school years are impactful for students. At RTMS, you can expect an environment that is safe, respectful, and enriching, in order for each student to grow academically, emotionally, and socially. Middle school is also a time for parents to continue their involvement, so I encourage you to become active with the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).
