Great FCS Stories

  • Student Drop Off

Please remember that student drop off begins at 8:15 AM. If you drive your child to school, he/she may not enter the building until 8:15 unless he/she has a specific pass from a teacher to meet with him/her at an earlier time. We do not have staff available before 8:15 am to supervise students, and it is not safe for them to be at school unsupervised.

  • Fulton County Crisis Support

"Text4HELP" - is a crisis support line in FCS middle & high schools in partnership with the Fulton County Board of Commissioners. Students who use Text4Help can be connected anonymously to a licensed mental health professional for immediate mental health resources and referrals, 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

For support, text "RTMSWolves" to 1-844-201-9946.

  • PTO Membership Drive

The middle school years are impactful for students.  At RTMS, you can expect an environment that is safe, respectful, and enriching, in order for each student to grow academically, emotionally, and socially.   Middle school is also a time for parents to continue their involvement, so I encourage you to become active with the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).  Membership and volunteer opportunities are located at  https://rivertrailpto.com/membership/.

Thank you for choosing River Trail Middle School.  We appreciate your endless trust and support as we help your child to reach their highest potential.
