Meredith Camp

My name is Meredith Camp. My husband Bill and I are proud parents of four children, and this is our 11th year as members of the Heards Ferry family. Our sons Marshall and Robert have graduated from Heards Ferry. Our daughter Allison is a current 5th grader, and our son William is a current first grader. During our years at Heards Ferry, I have served in various capacities - from classroom volunteer to Chair of New Student Round-Up and the Parent Party to Eagle Alliance Co-President. After completing my term as Eagle Alliance Co-President, I transitioned to the School Tour Committee Chair, a position I have held for the past three years. Two years ago, I was elected to the School Governance Council, and currently, I am in the final year of that two-year term. I love everything about Heards Ferry, and I would like to see the school and the community continue to grow and thrive! I have really enjoyed being a part of School Governance Council, and I would love to serve another term!

Stephen Isbill

I spent the majority of my professional life in a typical corporate setting and a few years running my own business.  I closed that business at the end of 2019 to be a stay at home dad.  I am married and have two children.  Both of our children are students at Heards Ferry Elementary.

Since our daughter began in the kindergarten program we have loved Heards Ferry Elementary.  The school's level of excellence seems to come from great leadership, amazing teachers and staff, strong parental support, and a solid overall direction and goal.  The School Governance Council will afford me the opportunity to take an active role in helping to ensure Heards Ferry Elementary maintains a superior level of excellence.

Rachel Leasure

My name is Rachel Leasure and I'm the mom of Kaia Leasure, a Kindergartener at HFE. We absolutely love HFE which is why I wish to serve on the School Governance Council to help make decisions that will benefit the students, families, and staff of HFE. My background is in Growth & Strategy in the CPG industry.  I currently serve as the Regional Vice President for a Cosmetics Manufacturer where I manage Growth, Budgets, and National Accounts. I evaluate margins, profitability, and financials in my current role along with strategizing high level company objectives. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Communication along with a Master's Degree in Business. I graduated with my MBA in 2020 where I studied theoretical and practical business management functions. I would love the opportunity to use my education and background to be a part of the School Governance Council. We have four years left at HFE and I am very passionate about being as involved as I can to make a difference!

Julie Williams

My name is Julie Williams and I have two students currently enrolled at Heards Ferry Elementary. With a background in corporate communications, I pivoted to full-time entrepreneurship in 2018, owning a children's clothing and gift boutique. I also serve my community through PTA involvement, serving on the board of our neighborhood association and supporting my children's extracurricular teams.

My oldest started Kindergarten in 2020, which proved to me just how vital our schools are in shaping the lives of our little ones and setting them up for success in their educational journey. The leadership and staff at HFE helped this "new school mom" lead her child through a global pandemic and proved just how integral thorough communication is to the success of our children.

Heards Ferry has become a safe haven to my children and I want to continue giving back through my time if I am able to serve on the School Governance Council. Thank you for your consideration.
