Withdrawal Process
1. Parent emails school data clerk isonl@fultonschools.org to request student withdrawal. School replies to email with Request for withdrawal form Withdrawal Request form , or request signature on withdrawal request form from in the Parent Portal.
2. Parent completes form (one per student) and returns form to school via email (isonl@fultonschools.org) and a copy of the parent’s identification, or sign the requested Withdrawal Request Form from in the parent portal. Please include the name of the school your student will be transferring to.
3. School completes withdrawal process and submit parent withdrawal packet as PDF via LiquidFiles.
