Carmen Hurst- 7th Grade Assistant Principal

I am proud to begin my 6th year as Assistant Principal at WBMS. Although this school year will begin virtually, I’m eager to get to know our new students and welcome back our returning staff. I am excited to learn new ways to engage students in virtual learning and new ways to support teachers and staff with instruction. I proudly support our Math, PE/Health and Special Education Departments as well as all things 7th grade! It’s going to be a great year!

Outside of school, my husband Brad and I keep busy driving our three children to all of their activities and events: Brody, rising 5th grade student, is active year-round with Tumbling and Trampoline; Brycen, rising 3rd grade student, is active with football, travel baseball, and any winter sport he decides to try; Colbi, rising Kindergarten student is eager to find her sports/activities of choice instead of being carted all around watching her big brothers. Although we are busy, I wouldn’t change it for anything!
