The beautiful campus of Hembree Springs Elementary School was established in 2001. On July 27th and 28th 2001, the school opened its doors for the first time to the staff and PTA. This group came together for a retreat that focused on team building and developing our vision and mission statement. Through a systematic approach, we identified our purpose and vision.  After more than a decade, this vision and mission still hold true and have stood the test of time.

Our mission is to provide excellence for all while acknowledging individual differences. We will:

• Provide a safe, caring environment
• Establish and maintain open lines of communication
• Assure the academic, physical, social and emotional well-being of each child
• Inspire students to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world.
