• Tables, one electrical outlet, and computers will be provided by the host.
  • All equipment needed, such as cables, VCRs, TVs, laser discs, CD-ROMs, multi-outlet power strips, extension cords, etc. must be provided by the participants.
  • No projection devices may be used.
  • Projects using software must bring the completed project on a CD (be sure to have your school's Tech Specialist test the CD on several computers).
  • All CD's should be labeled with: Student Name/Team Name, School Name, and Category.  Exception: students who submit a Programming Challenge project may bring their own computer.
  • Peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, or cameras are not necessary at the fair unless they help in the presentation. However, students must be able to describe how these devices were used if asked by judges.
  • Students and schools are responsible for the safety and security of their equipment and software, not the fair host. Exception: students who submit a Programming Challenge, Project Programming, or Robotics project, or projects requiring special plug-ins, may bring their own computer (these computers must be checked in during the Friday setup).
