* however, laptops and/or case modification can set up on Saturday also... *
SATURDAY SCHEDULE OF EVENT: January 21, 2006
Check-In 7:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.
Judging 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Tours 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Give-a-ways 1:30 p.m.
Awards Ceremony 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Times are approximate—we have over 600 students participating in the Tech Fair!Students—don't forget to participate in the Technology Literacy Challenge in Rooms E115 and E117.
  • Seating is available in the Gym and Cafeteria while you wait. A concession stand is available in the Cafeteria to purchase snacks. Restaurants are available locally, see the Information Table for a map. Bring a book or handheld game to use while you wait.
  • Be sure to watch the monitors so you know when you will be judged.
  • Planned Judging Times: <Judging will do this part>
    Make sure students are supervised while they wait. If they miss their call for their category, they've missed their chance to compete.

  • NOTE: ANY MEDIA, HARDWARE, OR NOTEBOOKS LEFT BEHIND ON SATURDAY WILL NOT BE RETURNED. MAKE SURE ITEMS ARE COLLECTED BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR THE DAY.
