Why can’t I access email from the Internet?

If you are trying to get to your Fulton County Schools email account using the Internet but it is not working, try these troubleshooting steps:

Make sure you are using the correct web address. Many people are simply typing the wrong information for email web access. Make sure you do NOT put “www” in front of the address. The correct address is:

http://webmail.fultonschools.org

If you are using the correct address above but are still getting some kind of error, you may be using an old version of software from your Internet Service Provider. Call the technical support number for your ISP and ask if there is an updated version to your software. Examples of Internet Service Providers: AOL, EarthLink, AT&T, BellSouth and Prodigy.
