Private Lesson Information

Private lessons are a great opportunity to improve your skills by working one-on-one with a professional musician. Students of all ability levels benefit from taking private lessons because each lesson is focused on an individual student’s personal needs, abilities and personal musical goals.

Private lessons usually run from 30 – 60 minutes and take place once a week at a music store, studio, school of music or at the instructor’s home. Some private lesson studios also offer performance opportunities such as annual studio recitals where all students of the instructor perform for each other.
