IMPORTANT HONOR EVENT INFORMATION

- The Monday rehearsal time is the same for both groups.

- You will have round-trip school bus transportation for Monday’s rehearsal and for Tuesday’s full day.

Band and Orchestra students from each school will ride the same buses.

- The clinicians will have the ability to alter the break schedule based on progress of music.

- Students should wear their school’s concert uniform for the performance.

- Students should bring all instruments and necessary accessories, as well as a wire music stand

(Students should label the music stand with their name and their school)

- All students will be expected to have a pencil at their stand during all rehearsals.

- Students should plan to eat both lunch and dinner provided at Tri-Cities High School on Tuesday.

- At no time should students leave campus during the day.

- All students are expected to remain in the auditorium until both groups finish their performances. This entire Honor Event should end around 8:15pm.

· The performances will be professionally recorded by SoundAround Audio Recordings

The cost of each CD will be $18, checks will be payable to “SoundAround.”
