Dear CHS Orchestra Rising 9th Graders and Parents:
Just want you to be “in the loop” regarding this amazing fundraising opportunity
for band and orchestra. Please
don’t hesitate to email or call if you would like to
participate. Your student
may not yet be 16 years old. However, the money earned
by the parents who participate
will directly benefit their child. There is also an
additional opportunity with the
Brusters Ice Cream booth that may be available so your
child could work at that one
while you work in the main stand, which means even
more $$! A big help in
defraying the cost of orchestra expenses such as the
activity fee, uniform, trips,
banquet, etc.

What we will need:
We
will need 15 volunteers from each of Band & Orchestra for each show
we are assigned, unless it is a "Booster Group" show.
10
of our volunteers should be adults each time.
Volunteers need to be at least 16 years or older.
For example, students will work along side their parents and
coaches.
We will work as managers, cashiers, and back-up workers for
food preparation.
Everyone is required to go through a training session (3
hours max) to work these events and the
initial set of training dates are scheduled for:
• Saturday, May 3rd - 9am to 12 Noon
• Saturday, May 3rd – 2 pm to 5pm
• Sunday May 4th – 2pm to
5pm
