1:30pm- arrival
2:00pm - Watch performance of Northwestern MS Orchestra
3:30pm - Check into hotel - Clubhouse Inn and Suites/ Abercorn
4:45pm - Pizza at the hotel/ Change in Concert Uniform
5:40pm - Depart for downtown
6:00pm – Arrive at the Civic Center-Johnny Mercer Theatre
6:30pm - Warmup
7:45pm - PERFORMANCE !!
9:00pm - Return to hotel / ice cream sundae party
Friday, January 30th
8:00am - Hot breakfast at the hotel
8:45am - Depart convention center - exhibits
11:45am - Riverwalk shopping and lunch on
your own
2:30pm – Watch performance of “
3:30pm – Watch performance of
4:30pm - Attend workshops at the Convention or Free time
6:30pm - DINNER (possibly at Ryan’s Steak House)
8:00pm – Social time at the Bowling
Alley (games included)
10:00pm - Return to hotel for free time
Saturday, January 31st
9:30am - Breakfast at the hotel and checkout
10:30am - Drive out to Tybee/ beach walk
1:00pm - LUNCH at the pirates
House
2:00pm -- Depart for home
6:30pm - Arrive back at school
