FFA Concessions

 

Hello again Orchestra Parents and Students...

 

Here is another fantastic fundraising opportunity to earn money (credits) for your students account.  These credits help offset costs for activity fees, uniforms, FFA membership donations and trip expenses.

 

FFA Concessions is located left of the auditorium.   Each month the stand is run by one specific Fine Arts discipline (Orchestra, Band, Chorus, Theater and Visual Arts). Three (3) students and one parent staff the venue every day after school to sell food snacks and drinks to students once school is let out for the day.  The concessions stand is open 3:40 - 4:30 on regular school days.

 

Each student earns $10/shift and parents earn $5/shift which is applied to their teen's account.

 

Orchestra has been assigned the months of August and September.  I realize that we are already mid-August but there are plenty of opportunities remaining.  Other months are available in 2009 and once I have those I will send an email.

 

There is a schedule in Mr. Kim's classroom where students can sign up for specific dates for themselves and their parents.  Students are initially permitted to sign up for only two days (students love working).  If a slot is still available two days before a specific date, students who already have 2 days may sign up for those open days.
