Pen-Pal, Skype Conference, & Exchange Program
1. Pen-pal Program:
EPMS Japanese students have been exchanging letters with Japanese students since 2006. Our partner schools included Junior High Schools in Chiba and Tottori prefectures. Our current pen-pal school is 鴻巣市立赤見台中学校 (Akamidai Junior High School). 7th and 8th grade Japanese students exchange letters in both Japanese and in English.
2. Skype Conference with Japanese Schools:
Japanese class has been "skyping" with various schools in Japan since 2009. This is a great opportunity for students to practice their Japanese skills and meet new friends from Japan!
3. Exchange program:
Japanese students from D & D Network Youth Group visited EPMS Japanese class in March, 2007. Japanese students experienced "home stay" at EPMS students' homes.
