~Japanese Candy Sales~

Purpose of our fundraising is to support the Japan trip participants’ lunch and additional activity costs during the trip.

Guidelines and Rules:

1. Japanese language students and their parents, who are interested in selling Japanese candy, will receive an order form and candy list.
2. Students will take orders after school and will not be allowed to sell on school property.  The reason is that the Japan trip is not a school sponsored activity, so the school cannot be responsible for any incidents occurring during this process.  However, the seller may ask and take orders from teachers before or after school.  The seller may ask his/her family and friends at any time.  There will be no door-to-door sales involved.
3. The seller will collect the money when he/she takes an order, or after the candies arrive and are delivered.

The profits gathered by the sales will be shared by all of the Japan trip participants.  The profits will be announced to the participants and their families.  The fundraising money goes to the participants’ daily lunches, admission and transportation fees to Kyoto Movie Village, and other additional excursion costs, such as, transportation fees to and from Hikarigaoka Junior High school (pen-pal school).
