April: Cranes for Kids in Japan
Japanese students, Origami Club students, and many other EPMS students helped making Origami cranes to support "Cranes for Kids" project from OshKosh. We made 4,584 cranes total!!! The cranes were delivered to OshKosh by Origami Club students right before deadline. This project was featured in the following news and magazine:

March: Fulton Forum, Spoken Language Contest
Seven 8th grade and four 7th grade Japanese students were selected to participate in Fulton Forum in March. Students were interviewed by a Japanese judge, and received the following ratings. Congratulations to everyone who participated!
8th grade category: Superior (highest rating): Alex Hagler, Hannah Rozei, Steffanny Marcellina, and Andrew Widjaja
Excellent (second-highest): Josh Bowling, Tiffany Hsu, and Rebecca Seippel

March: International Night
International Night was very fun and success again this year!!! Thank you to all the student and parent volunteers, and everyone who donated items for Asian table!!!

March: A Guest Speaker from Japan visits 7th and 8th period Classes
A former exchange student from Japan, Fuyuki, and his former host brother, Will, visited 7th and 8th period classes to share Japanese culture.
