The Fulton County Board of Education has changed the beginning time of its executive session to 5:30 p.m. rather than the earlier stated time of 5 p.m. The meeting will be held Oct. 22 at Dunwoody Springs Charter Elementary School. Recognition of award-winning students and staff will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by a public comment session.
The Oct. 22 agenda is posted to the BoardDocs web site and the meeting can be watched live from a computer screen using special viewing software, such as Windows Media Player or RealPlayer. Audio and video recordings of the meetings are archived to the videostreaming web site within 48 hours of the meeting.
All meetings of the board are open to the public unless designated as executive session, where the school board must convene in private to discuss land, legal and/or personnel items.
