Evoline C. West Elementary School kicked off its first All Pro Dad meeting with an address by chapter leader, Ishmael Abdul-Salaam. Abdul-Salaam also is the assistant principal of nearby Mary M. Bethune Elementary School. Nearly 40 dads and their children joined together before the regular school day began.

All Pro Dad's Day is a monthly gathering of fathers and children with the simple purpose of growing closer to each other while enjoying breakfast together. All Pro Dad is a national fatherhood program of Family First, a non-profit organization. All Pro Dad features NFL players, coaches and alumni.
