GHP process amended for home schoolers

In accordance with the Georgia Board of Education Rule 160-4-2-.09, Fulton County Schools is accepting nominations for the 2010 Governor’s Honors Program (GHP). Students in grades 10 and 11 who attend a Fulton County high school or home school in Fulton County may be nominated by a subject-area teacher. 

 

Students who attend a Fulton County high school and are nominated by a subject-area teacher will receive complete details on the nomination process from the GHP counselor at their school.

 

Any subject-area teacher who wishes to nominate a home school student who resides in Fulton County should carefully review the following items for details on the program and the nomination process. The deadline for home school students is October 5.
