K-Kids Club Receives Charter from Kiwanis International
During a celebratory breakfast on Monday, March 24, 2003, Woodland's K-Kids Club was honored by the Sandy Springs Kiwanis Club. Mark Irle, President of the Sandy Springs Kiwanis Club, presided and told some of the history of the Kiwanis family of clubs. Lt. Governor of the 14th Division, Charles Shepherd, gave the invocation and presented K-Kids Club President, Shantel Lewin, with the framed Charter. The K-Kids received a banner, gong and gavel, while club members received pins and membership cards.
The K-Kids is a service organization.

Oratorical Contest Winners
Congratulations to Woodland's Oratorical Zone Level Contestants. Kelly Young and Bryndon Cook each took 1st place at the Zone Level Contest and will proceed to the Area Contest on April 24.
