Chrissy Mingo
Head Guidance Counselor
Education: Ms. Mingo is a former student of Fulton County Schools. She graduated from Westwood High School, now known as Westlake High School. After high school, Ms. Mingo completed a dual degree program in psychology and sociology from Georgia State University. She continued her education at GSU and later received a Masters of Science degree in Professional Counseling.
Professional Experience: Ms. Mingo has worked with Fulton County Board of Education since 1993. She began her tenure with Fulton County Schools as the principal secretary/bookkeeper at Spalding Drive Elementary. In 2004, Ms. Mingo became ESOL Counselor at Ridgeview Middle School and in 2006, she became Head Guidance Counselor at Sandtown Middle School.
Hobbies and Interests: Ms. Mingo is a single mother of a 16-year-old daughter. She enjoys being a mother and spending quality time with her daughter, family and friends. She also enjoys listening to music, dancing and most of all eating. |

Mr. William K. Holley III, Ed.S, LPC
8th Grade Counselor
Education: Mr. Holley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in African American and African Studies from Emory University, a Master of Education degree from Georgia State University, and an Educational Specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University.
Professional Experience: Mr. Holley began his school counseling career with Clayton County Public Schools. In 2004, he joined Fulton County Public Schools as a guidance counselor at Riverwood High School. Prior to school counseling, Mr. Holley served as a Rehabilitation Counselor and Family Therapist for several community agencies.
Hobbies and Interest: Mr. Holley enjoys reading, sports, and spending quality time with family and friends. |

Ms. Phyllis Joseph
Graduation Coach
Education: Ms. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Meredith College , located in Raleigh , North Carolina , and a Master of Education degree from the University of West Georgia .
Professional Experience : Ms. Joseph began her career in education in 2002, and is currently working as the Graduation Coach at Sandtown Middle School .
Hobbies and Interests : In her spare time, Ms. Joseph finds pleasure in reading, throwing pottery, taking walks, dancing, listening to live music, and spending time with her friends and family
