Registration Information for 2011 - 2012 For Pre-K, Kindergarten and New Students

Georgia Pre K registration will be on Friday, March 11 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m in the media center. This is registration only... this does not guarantee placement in the Pre K classes. Names will be drawn for classes later this spring. Full details will be available at registration.

The following items are required for registration:

• Certified copy of child's birth certificate
• Child's social security card
• 2 proofs of residence
• Completed GA immunization form 3231 and GA ear, eye & dental form.
