Principal's Message
Hello Roswell North Community! Time flies by... it is difficult to stay current with updates! There is always something good happening at Roswell North Elementary School! Welcome to our 2011 - 2012 school year. We were sad to say farewell to several staff members as they moved, retired, or stayed home with their children, but we get to say hello to new staff members who bring new ideas to us!
Our PTA and Foundation support us in ways that make it impossible to say 'thank you' adequately. It is humbling and awesome to experience all the ways they care for us. We rang in 2011 with the excitement of the Licata Science Lab under construction. What a gift this is to our students! Thank you Dr. Bob Licata for your generous heart. The lab is staffed with a certified teacher and adds yet another wonderful dimension to our school. We had an incredible Boosterthon, an awesome Soiree sponsored by our RNE Education Foundation, our students made tremendous gain on the writing exam and we have good reports on our CRCT results. We are thrilled with the level of commitment from each person who enters our school. Roswell North is a strong community of staff and families.
