River Eves opened its doors August, 1996.

Community is more than just a word at River Eves Elementary -- it is a way of life. Working collaboratively with community members, teachers nurture and promote self-worth and respect for all. River Eves typifies a true neighborhood school surrounded by a supportive residential community.

Parents volunteer in classrooms and provide valuable input about technology, fine arts, the school environment, and curriculum. The school community gathers regularly for family night dinners, book fairs, talent shows, student productions and concerts, and field day activities.
