RENAISSANCE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SPRING REGISTRATION (NEW STUDENTS ONLY)
Renaissance Elementary School announces its spring registration dates:
Wednesday, May 2, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Thursday, May 3, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
During these two days, parents of new incoming students (Kindergarten – 5th grade) that reside in Renaissance Elementary School’s attendance zone can register their children for the 2012-2013 School Year.
A list of documents needed for registration, including immunization requirements is posted here (http://portal.fultonschools.org/About_Fulton/Pages/Registration.aspx). Please DO NOT complete the online printable Registration form. A notarized Affidavit of Residence form is also mandatory for all students.
