Reading Homework

Your child will come home with a book in an envelope everyday except for Friday.

You need to read with them each night for 15 minutes and then sign their envelope.

Please make sure you are asking them questions about the story and letting them sound out any unknown words.

Writing Journal

Monday---Write spelling words 3 times each.

Tuesday---Write all spelling words in ABC order.

Wednesday---Choose 5 words and write a good sentence for each.  Underline your spelling word.

Thursday---Write all spelling words in ABC order again. Circle the consonants and underline the vowels.
