The second grade teachers at Mimosa are dedicated to educating the “whole child” - that is physical health, social and academic growth.
Among our strengths is the diversity of our team of educators. Our backgrounds include Native American, African American, British, Indian, Indianan, Italian, Irish, Swedish, Peruvian, and Japanese. One of us is believed to be a descendant of Christopher Columbus. We even have a native Atlantan among us. We also have a strong understanding of the value of humor.
We have over 115 years of teaching experience between us. We are proud to have Mimosa’s “2006-2007 Teacher of the year” on our team.
The Second Grade team includes Robin Adair, Ami Allen, Dave Ferguson, Chris Feury, Cynthia Foster, Cinda Reardon, Kay Roberts and Angela Talerico. We are ably assisted by Barb Livingston and Amarjeeta Tuteja.
