Biographical Information

I have taught in the Philadelphia Catholic School System for three years and one year in North Carolina. My career in Fulton County School System began in 1977 at the Meadows Elementary School.  I have worked in the following schools Paul D. West Middle School as a teacher, Banneker High School and Ronald E. McNair Middle School as an assistant principal. My first principal's assignment was at Ronald E. McNair Middle School where I served as principal for six years.  It is my pleasure to serve as principal for four years at Frank McClarin High School.

Current Projects

• Providing our students with the opportunity to graduate work ready or ready to enroll in a post secondary program
• Improve student attendance and academic performance.
• Meet all AYP requirements
• Continue to expand our academic offerings which include having a full time Spanish teacher and Chemistry teacher on site.
• Expanding the day care center to become a Work Force Development Site for our students who have expressed an interest in child development upon graduating from McClarin
• Increasing our graduation rate
• Increasing the number of students who take the SAT and enroll in four year programs
• Increasing the number of students who attend McClarin.
• Expanding our curriculum to offer our students flexibility in their schedules to meet their individual needs.
• Securing funding for our day care center
