Biographical Information

I was born and raised in sunny Valdosta, Georgia by an incredibly loving and supportive mother and father. Following graduation from high school, I continued my studies at Valdosta State University and later moved to Athens, Georgia, where I met my future wife, Alexis.  Following a move to Atlanta in 1998, I completed my undergrad studies and was off into the working world. Following several years in the trenches of the blue collar, white collar, and you-name-it collar world, I have found my calling – teaching!

• 3 years as a publicist and free lance writer
• 5 years as a corporate law firm office assistant
• 3 years as a busboy, cook, and waiter
• 34 years as a lover of books, film, and thought

 

Current Projects

• Being the best teacher I can be
• Completing my Master’s program
• Perfecting ways to change a diaper without getting “anything”on my hands (impossible)
