Instructional Coaches at McClarin High School believe in developing strong partnerships with teachers and students to improve instruction and increase student achievement. We’re here to provide teacher support in the areas of Language Arts and Math.
Our duties include:
· Supporting teachers in their daily instruction
· Collaborating with teachers
· Modeling lessons with pre and post conferences
· Develop and provide materials for and with colleagues
· Be available to co-teach lessons
· Visit classrooms and provide collaborative feedback
· Facilitate onsite professional development and follow-up
· Provide teachers with assistance in implementing Best Practices strategies |
