Cheerleaders
The Seaborn Lee Elementary School Cheer Squad provides students with an opportunity to explore the world of spirit, tumbling, and competition. Our primary goal is to teach our members the value of friendship and healthy competition. We also strive to increase their self-esteem, confidence in their abilities and help them become well-rounded individuals. They are the spirit core of the school. The cheerleaders provide encouragement and support to our students for testing, competitions, and other events.
Our squad consists of 15-20 girls in grades 1-5. Tryouts are normally held in April for the upcoming school year. Below are the requirements to tryout:
* You must have and maintain at least a “B” average all year
* You must have NO disciplinary referrals.
* You must have transportation to and from all events and practices.
