Seidman, Lauren
Principal

Ms. Lauren Seidman was born and raised in New York. She graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) Cortland with a Bachelor degree in Elementary Education and a concentration in Psychology. Upon completion of her schooling in New York, she relocated to Orlando, FL where she had been recruited to teach for Orange County Public Schools (OCPS). During her tenure in OCPS, she taught in grades K-8, provided service as a Curriculum Resource Teacher/Instructional Coach, and an assistant principal. In addition to these roles, Ms. Seidman coached 6th grade girls’ basketball, delivered district level professional development, and recruited teachers at the national level.  In Orlando, Ms. Seidman completed her Masters in Education in Educational Leadership (2003) and began the pursuit of her Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership. Upon completion of her dissertation, she will be eligible for her degree.
To expand her support for student learning, Ms. Seidman took an opportunity to lead the Response to Instruction (RtI), aka Response to Intervention, initiative for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools in North Carolina. While in Charlotte, she participated in a state consortium for RtI and presented a display at the RtI Innovations Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah. Now working as a middle school principal in Fulton County Schools, Ms. Seidman is able to provide service back at the school level to ensure that all students are provided with the opportunity to learn.

Assistant Principal Monica In joined the Haynes Bridge staff in 2001 as a sixth grade teacher.  She has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Auburn University and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Georgia State University.  She has a passion for the curriculum and instruction of the students and loves that the students make her smile and laugh everyday.  Her interests include being outdoors and participating in sports.


Oxford, Debra

Assistant Principal Debra Oxford has worked for Fulton County schools for 29 years.  She was a Special Education teacher, Instructional Support teacher and is presently an Assistant Principal.  She received her Bachelors Degree from University of South Alabama and her Masters and Leadership Degrees from Georgia State University.  She is married with two daughters ages 11 and 15.  She loves to travel, read and shop!
