Academic Enrichment - Shannon McMahon

Parent Education – Develop and implement parent education. Reflections – Assist with organization of Reflections program. Mini-Grants – Create program criteria, organize selection committee. Cultural Arts – Coordinate any arts related programs. Career Day – Organize speakers, Student sign-ups.

Finance - Shay Brasher

Membership – promote PTA membership, collect dues, report to state. Spiritwear – Develop design, contract printing, and sell. School Store – Coordinate staffing and stocking of school store

Teacher Support - Rona Huey

Hospitality – Coordinate teacher appreciation, Food for any meetings. Field Day – Work with PE department to implement field days. Copy Committee – Coordinate schedule of parents to do copying for teachers. Recycling – Work with teachers to recycle classroom items ie: white paper.

Student Support - Donna Ortiz

Special Services/Special Needs Special Services/TAG Student Awareness Programs – Red Ribbon Week, Character Education Student Activities – 6th grade (includes dances) Student Activities – 7th grade (includes dances) Student Activities – 8th grade (includes dances)

Administration Support - Mary Wickes

Media Center/Book Fair – Coordinate media center volunteers and the book fair. Office Volunteers – Coordinate volunteers in the front office. VIPS – Coordinate volunteers/ report hours to the state. Volunteers Registration – Coordinate the beginning of the year volunteer sign-up. Grounds – Coordinate grounds beautification and maintenance as needed. Building – Coordinate building beautification as needed i.e.mural/artwork/boards.
