About our Kindergarten Teachers

Mrs. Lister

I graduated from the University of Georgia with an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education. I received my Masters in Early Childhood Education from Georgia State University. I taught first grade for 7 years before starting my family. I stayed at home for 16 years with my husband and two sons who are 18 and 15. During this time I spent time tutoring students in my home. I came to Alpharetta Elementary five years ago.

Mrs. McDaniel

This is my first year at Alpharetta Elementary. I have an undergraduate degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.  I received my Masters in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University.  I have taught kindergarten for 12 years.  When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter who is 18 months old.
