About Our Clinic

Sweet Apple ES has paid clinic workers in the clinic from 8:00-2:00. Parents will be
contacted when students are injured or become ill at school. We follow the American
Academy of Pediatric guidelines designating that students not return to school within 24
hours of a temperature or vomiting.

Prescription medications can only be administered with an authorized signature from a
physician and parent/guardian. Authorization can be faxed directly to the school from the
physician’s office. Sweet Apple’s fax number is 770-643-3316.

If a child needs to keep an inhaler with them, please see the clinic assistant for a medication
form. Any exceptional medical conditions need to be brought to the attention of the teacher
and the clinic aide.
