Registration Information for 2012 - 2013 For Pre-K, Kindergarten and New Students

Georgia Pre K registration will be on Wednesday, March 21 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m in the media center. This is registration only... this does not guarantee placement in the Pre K classes. Names will be drawn for classes later this spring. Full details will be available at registration.

Kindergarten Registration

Tuesday – March 27th – 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Registration will be for any students not presently enrolled in Fulton County Schools.  Please bring copy of birth certificate; copy of social security card; immunization (form 3231); eye, ear, dental form (form 3300); two proofs of residency

The following items are required for registration:

• Certified copy of child's birth certificate
• Child's social security card
• 2 proofs of residence
• Completed GA immunization form 3231 and GA ear, eye & dental form.
