The PTA Council Reflections Program

The PTA Council Reflections Program results are in!  We are pleased to announce that 13 of our students have been invited to the Council Reflections Ceremony which will be held on January 29th at Northview High School. The following students' artworks were specifically acknowledged by judges and these students will receive EITHER a certificate of Honorary Mention OR are winners in their category and will be advancing to State:

 

6th Grade:

7th Grade:

8th Grade:

Emma Denk – Music (2 entries)

Anna Squires – Photography

Justin Mixdorf – Photography

Haley Cohen – Visual Arts

 

Each of these students will receive a special invitation in the mail from the Council PTA. During the Council Reflections Ceremony ALL students who were acknowledged by the judges will be celebrated. Remember, the announcement of the student artworks that will be advancing to State will occur during the reception on January 29th. Congratulations to each of you for your outstanding contributions to the arts and make sure you attend the reception to find out if your artwork will be advancing to State!

 

This year, there were 4100 students participating in North Fulton County in the school Reflections programs. There were over 1200 participating at the North Fulton Council level.  Of the 53 schools in North Fulton, 51 participated in Reflections and 46 of these schools have students who have been invited to the Council Reflections Ceremony. There are 279 students who will receive certificates at the Reflections Ceremony and 169 of these students will advance to State.
