Student from Holcomb Bridge Middle School sends over $1,000 to Haiti.
Holcomb Bridge Middle School, February, 2009: After following the natural disaster in Haiti, Port-au-Prince, Haiti native and Holcomb Bridge Middle School 8th grader, Angeline Mondesir wanted to help. On Monday, February 1, Angeline and the Holcomb Bridge Middle School English to Speakers of Other Languages Department organized a bake sale. The community joined hands to donate and purchase treats to sell, and students raised over $1,000 to benefit disaster victims in Haiti.
