Chess Club The Chess Club meets weekly ( Friday mornings at 7:30am in Mr. Parry’s room) to provide students with the opportunity to develop and practice logical and analytical skills. Beginners are encouraged to attend and are taught the skills needed to advance to experienced players in order to participate in matches. Traditional one-on-one matches are used in addition to using teaching software (Chessmaster and Chess Tactics for Beginners). Every student is eligible. Internet access is available at your school in support of the instructional program. The Fulton County School System complies with the Children's Internet Protection Act.
