Georgia Law requires that students entering 6th grade show proof of:
Two doses of the measles vaccine
Two doses of the mumps vaccine
One dose of the rubella vaccine
Two doses of the varicella (chicken pox) vaccine or proof of immunity documented by physician
If you know your child has had all of these immunizations, please ask your doctor to provide a new Certificate of Immunization (GA form 3231 - rev. 3/2007). For your convenience the doctor can fax the form directly to our office at 770-667-2840.

The AES PTA is excited to announce our new, primary fundraiser
for the 2008/2009 school year the 
This fundraiser is not only about raising money to enhance the educational platform, it is also about promoting fitness, education, character building and yes, fun! This school-wide community event is scheduled to kick off on October 20th with the actual "Fun Run" taking place on October 29th.
