Alpharetta Elementary is located in Alpharetta, Georgia and is the oldest elementary in north Fulton County.

We are proud to announce this year is the celebration of our 50th anniversary of the opening of our school. Alpharetta Elementary boasts a long history of representing the best north Fulton County Schools has to offer.

Our school population consists of approximately 750 students in preschool through fifth grades including a Special Needs area. Alpharetta Elementary is staffed by a principal, assistant principal, curriculum support teacher, instructional support teacher, counselor, and approximately 50 classroom teachers. In addition, there is a support staff which includes art, music, physical education, gifted and special education teachers, a media specialist, and a technology specialist. Also, a psychologist and school social worker serve the school. Alpharetta Elementary is further supported by cafeteria and custodial staffs, along with a team of instructional assistants.

Alpharetta Elementary teachers and students enjoy their outdoor classroom, The Eagle's Nest. This outstanding learning center features an amphitheater and a learning pond.
