    Mr. James Coyle. Name: Mr. Jim Coyle

    Occupation:Assistant Principal

    Bio: Mr. Coyle began his educational career as a student teacher in January of 1997 at Roswell High School. In August 1997, he began as a teacher in the Special Education Department. For the next 5 years, he was assigned to both self contained and team taught classes in History, his area of specialty. In August 2002, Mr. Coyle transferred from the Special Education to the Social Studies Department, where he taught both World History and Advanced Placement World History classes. In July 2007, Mr. Coyle was promoted to the position of Assistant Principal. He has spent his entire educational career serving the Roswell community. In addition to teaching a variety of classes, he also coached the Junior Varsity Softball Team and was the sponsor of several student activities. Mr. Coyle received his Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Troy State University in 1993, his Master's degree in Interrelated Special Education from the North Georgia College and State University in 1999, and his Educational Specialist's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2001.
