SAP web site launched |

Have you
visited the new FCS + SAP implementation web site? This site replaces
the “A+ Project” web site that was launched a year ago to guide the
school system’s transition to SAP. The FCS
+ SAP site includes more specific information about SAP and how it is
affecting Fulton County School System operations. It contains FAQs, training
presentations, newsletters, and upcoming SAP events. Visit the

Weekly
Conference Call to Answer SAP Questions |

You asked
for it, so here it is! A weekly call-in help session is being offered to
SAP users from October 23 until November 20. These 30-minute sessions will
occur Tuesday afternoons from 3:00 - 3:30 p.m. These
call-in sessions are one way the SAP Project Team can help answer specific
questions about using SAP or hear from you about your concerns. If you would
like to ask questions, share your ideas, or hear what others have to say,
join the conference call. Stay for a few minutes or stay for the full half-hour.

What in the
‘WORKS’ is going on? |
|
Principals
and department heads may have received a flurry of “WORKS” emails
recently. Even though the timing is coincidental, these emails are not related
to SAP implementation. WORKS is
the SunTrust P-Card software used to reconcile P-Card statements online. When
the Contracting Department recently corrected an error regarding some
transactions, the WORKS program began generating numerous notifications
informing users that those tasks were being performed. Many of these e-mails can be
disregarded; however, some reversals may require review so please review the
transactions online. For more
